François Marie Edouard Migault (4 December 1944 - 29 January 2012): French racing driver from Le Mans who participated in 16 Formula 1 World Championship Grands Prix between 1972 and 1975, scoring no championship points. He drove for the underfunded Connew team in 1972, BRM in 1974 for almost a complete season after Niki Lauda and Clay Regazzoni left for Ferrari, and had brief stints with Embassy Hill and Williams in 1975. His best F1 finish was fifth at the non-championship 1974 BRDC International Trophy. While unsuccessful in F1, Migault was a dedicated endurance racing competitor who entered the 24 Hours of Le Mans 25 times between 1972 and 2002, achieving a best finish of second in 1976 and two other podium finishes.
He also competed in Formula 2 in 1975 with an Osella FA2, scoring one point. Migault continued racing at Le Mans into his mid-fifties, demonstrating remarkable longevity and passion for motorsport before his death after a long battle with cancer.
