
Stéphane Jean-Marc Sarrazin (2 November 1975 - Present): French racing driver who made one Formula One appearance at 1999 Brazilian Grand Prix for Minardi, replacing injured Luca Badoer. Retired on 32nd lap after hitting tire wall and performing bizarre series of doughnuts before car stopped. French Formula Renault champion in 1994. Won opening round of 1998 FIA Formula 3000 Championship at wet Oschersleben, finishing sixth in standings.
Continued as Prost Grand Prix test driver, then joined Toyota F1 team in 2002 as test driver. Achieved significant success in endurance racing: won Le Mans Series championships in 2007 and 2010, took pole position at Le Mans 24 Hours each year from 2007-2009 with Peugeot. Joined Toyota Racing full-time in 2013 with TS030, scoring first win in Bahrain and finishing second at Le Mans. Also competed successfully in rallying disciplines across diverse motorsport career.
